Patient Care Specialist (Local HMO Processing)

Ortigas Center, Pasig | Onsite

We are expanding and looking for Medical Allied Graduates who are passionate about healthcare and making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with:

• Benefit applications & coverage inquiries

• Remaining MBL (Maximum Benefit Limit)

• Provider access and contract-related concerns

• Provide accurate information and support to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, or any 4 year medical related course (Required)

• Board or Non-Board Passers welcome

• Open to Fresh Graduates with hospital internship experience

• Knowledgeable in medical terms (diseases, diagnostics, procedures, admissible cases)

• Experience in HMO processing/healthcare BPO is an advantage

• Average communication skills in both English & Filipino

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and amenable to shifting schedules (weekends & holidays included)
