Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or supervision
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance management software
• Knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities
• Lead and train a team of mechanical technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs
• Coordinate with other departments for operational support
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
