Marketing Associate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in field marketing or customer service is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, reliable, organized, and pays attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Distribute flyers and marketing materials in partner agency waiting areas to promote loan offerings
• Assist crew members with completing and submitting loan applications
• Encode applicant details accurately into the LeadGen system
• Call and text previous borrowers to inform them of new loan offerings and promotions
• Send loan vouchers to borrowers who have successfully availed of loans
• Update the Daily Activity Report (DAR) for onboarded/offboarded borrowers and monthly loan releases
• Submit required insurance documents for proper filing and record-keeping
• Send proof of refund amounts to fully paid borrowers
• Coordinate with the Billing Department regarding borrowers requiring monitoring (e.g., delayed departure, unpaid balances)
