We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a mix of digital expertise, creative thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage and collaborate with team members effectively. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audience both online and offline.

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels
• Manage social media platforms and content calendars (FB, IG, Tiktok, etc.) with an active, engaging presence
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts (SEO, email, Google Ads)
• Create content for social posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
• Support event planning, promotions, and PR activities
• Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, and media when needed
• Handle and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Encourage teamwork and foster positive working relationships across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a marketing role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
• Active and savvy user of social media with strong knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada platforms
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Strong communication, people management, and project management skills
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Ability to work full-time onsite at Brgy. Mayamot, Antipolo City
