DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in house and field briefing for potential IFC every day
• Offer available site to the approved Franchise Applicant
• Ocular sites to offer for Franchise applicant
• Assist the Franchise applicant to do feasibility study
• Participate on Franchise Expo and other marketing activities
• Call in and call out all potential applicant and schedule to attend the Lawson Briefing
• Work on special project and other duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate superior
• Focus on the Team to attain the target and close working with the Site Development Department
• Focus on the Target for briefing five attendees everyday

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Database monitoring and confidentiality submitted by the IFC applicant
• Ensure complete requirements prior turnover to Senior Franchise Officer for Top Management interview
• Ensure the briefing details are clear and within the Lawson process

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• College Graduate
• With experience in sales and marketing specially in Franchising business
