• Processing of Sales and Marketing Events Proposals (SMEP), consolidates performance evaluation reports, monitors billing statements for payment IFO partner dealers, and prepares special pricing simulation as instructed by Senior Officers.
• Prepares reports related to SMEP and accruals.
• Monitors the utilization and allocation of SMEP budget of concerns branches

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Process, records, monitors the implementation of all approved Sales and Marketing events.
• Allocation of funds to concerned branches. Ensures that all requests are funded to proceed with the marketing activities.
• Consolidation of Post Evaluation Reports from concerned SMEP requestors, for evaluation, analysis and reporting.
• Process billing statements for the settlement of payables related to Marketing events in favor of concerned partner dealers.
• Assist in the preparation of SMEP Budget Forecast.

• Bachelor’s degree major in Management or any related Business course.
• At least 2-year experience in the capacity of financial administrative support or similar institution responsible for budgets.
