Açıklama

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Job Summary:

The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and the ability to deliver effective sales presentations. The ideal candidate is results-driven, persuasive, and passionate about building client relationships and solving customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product or service demonstrations and present proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and campaign strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, or training as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (10:00am to 6:00pm)

Saturday (10:00am to 2:00pm)

salary budget is 30k to 35K
