About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead for IT Systems who can bridge the gap between marketing operations and technical implementation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of IT systems and tools essential for supporting marketing operations and project execution. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth coordination between technical and non-technical teams, efficient project delivery, and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

● Ensure all marketing-related projects are accurately scoped, planned, and executed within timelines.

● Prepare key project documents, including project charters, work plans, and communication plans.

● Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure goals remain achievable.

● Act as the main liaison between the Marketing Team, IT, and other departments.

● Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of reports and CRM-related tasks.

● Communicate and collaborate with software/system vendors regarding CRM and reporting requirements.

● Work closely with senior executives in a multicultural environment to align projects with strategic business objectives.

● Oversee lead data flow, conversion tracking, and reporting within CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).

● Ensure accurate data is captured, validated, and disseminated across relevant teams.

● Collaborate with IT to improve reporting processes and dashboard functionality.

● Support inter-department initiatives involving marketing activities.

● Keep stakeholders updated on project progress, dependencies, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing projects involving cross-team coordination and vendor management.

● Strong background in CRM reporting, data management, and marketing process optimization.

● Technical literacy with a solid understanding of IT systems and tools used in marketing operations.

● Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
