About the Role
InfoCom APAC is expanding its research team and is looking for an experienced Market Research Manager to lead and manage B2B research projects, oversee a team of researchers, and collaborate with clients in the ICT, banking & finance, and healthcare sectors.
This role is ideal for a market research professional with expertise in B2B research, customer experience (CX) and brand health studies, and research team management. The position offers a hybrid work setup for candidates based in the Philippines or a fully remote option for those outside the country.
Key Responsibilities:
? Research Team & Project Management
• Lead and manage a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality execution of market research studies
• Oversee concurrent research projects, from design to delivery
• Guide the team in research ethics, methodology selection, and data validation
• Implement AI-driven research tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
? Client Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with clients to align research projects with their business objectives
• Provide regular updates on research progress, ensuring transparency and expectation management
• Deliver insightful reports and presentations that translate research findings into strategic recommendations
• Ensure data protection, security, and compliance with industry standards (MORES, ESOMAR)
? B2B Research Execution & Analysis
• Design and execute customer experience (CX) and brand health studies, including NPS, CSAT, CES, brand equity, and corporate reputation tracking
• Develop and program surveys using Zoho Survey, SurveyMonkey, or Dooblo
• Apply AI tools like ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, and automation technologies to enhance research processes
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets, turning them into compelling insights for clients
Key Qualifications:
✔ At least 5 years of experience in market research with experience in B2B research as a plus
✔ Proven experience in customer experience (CX) and brand health research, including NPS, CSAT, CES, and corporate reputation studies
✔ 2+ years of experience managing research teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills
✔ Strong data analysis capabilities, including experience with statistical testing, data modeling, and visualization
✔ Survey programming experience with tools like Zoho Survey, SurveyMonkey, or Dooblo
✔ Proficient in AI-driven research tools (ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, etc.) to optimize research workflows
✔ Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with a strong ability to present findings to clients
✔ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and visualization tools like Canva, Datawrapper
