• Perform Sparking EDM operations for spare parts used in tooling and repair projects.  
• Manufacture parts that meet dimensional tolerances as specified in technical drawings. 
• Program machines using G-Codes for accurate machining processes. 
• Fabricate electrodes using milling and lathe machines. 
• Maintain and update inventory of tools, accessories, and instruments used for Sparking EDM. 
• Machine jigs and fixtures as required for production and tooling support. 
• Ensure safety and proper maintenance of machines and tools in the tool room, especially Sparking EDM machines. 
• Uphold 5S housekeeping standards, teamwork, and coordination with other departments to comply with company rules and regulations. 

Job Requirements

• College level or vocational course in a related field.  
• Minimum of 6 months in a similar role or related field.  
• Ability to read and interpret technical and 2D drawings.  
• Knowledge of Surface Grinding and Milling Machine operations.  
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
