• Sort and prepare documents for scanning (removing staple wires or excess glue, fixing folds, etc.)
• Proper hand-over of books including the cover to Scanning Tea

Scanning Operations

• Operate high-speed scanners to efficiently digitize books, ensuring proper alignment, optimal resolution, and high-quality output throughout the scanning process Conduct thorough quality checks of scanned images
• Assign appropriate file naming conventions for each boo

Quality Checking

• Perform quality checks to verify that it complies to the Scanning Guidelines
• Ensure files are named correctly and according to the Scanning Guidelines
• Upload scanned images to the designated client Cloud Storage platform
