• Maintain full operation of production machines and regularly conduct preventive maintenance
•  Repair and troubleshoot production machine errors, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
•  Maintain production vehicles (forklift, pay loader)
•  Regularly check the status of overhead cranes, jib cranes, and other general facilities used in production operations
•  Monitor the performance of the dust collector, conveyor, annealing furnace, shakeout machine, shot blast machine, etc.
•  Conduct regular checking and repair of the electric furnace
•  Prepare reports and update records of maintenance of facilities, and request the purchase of spare parts when needed
•  Respond to production reports related to facilities and immediately investigate encountered errors
•  Communicate with machine manufacturers for any assistance, inquiries, or advice if needed
• Directly report to the department manager for any encountered problems affecting production operations

Job Requirements

•  Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), or equivalent.
•  Required language (s): English, Filipino; Japanese is an advantage
•  At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required for this position
