Position: Project Manager

Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee and coordinate projects related to the manufacturing of display cases or advertising display cabinets. The ideal candidate has solid experience in project management, carpentry, or retail fit-out projects, with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure quality and timely completion of all projects.

Qualifications:

• College degree or above in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field
• Good English communication skills are an advantage
• Must have relevant work experience in manufacturing display cases or advertising display cabinets
• Preferably with experience in wooden display cabinet projects (candidates with carpentry experience may also be considered)
• Experience in project management for display cabinets, retail fit-outs, or store construction
• Capable of organizing and managing projects from inception to completion
• Knowledgeable in cost estimation, materials, and fabrication techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to assign tasks to relevant departments and monitor progress effectively
• Skilled in developing management strategies to address project delays
• Can inspect product quality and ensure compliance with project delivery standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare project proposals, quotations, and production plans based on client requirements
2. Manage cost estimation, progress tracking, quality control, and budget compliance
3. Coordinate with design, production, installation, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery
4. Assign tasks to workers, resolve on-site issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met
5. Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
6. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations
