• Receive inbound deliveries from local and foreign suppliers.
• Validates the quantity and quality of all deliveries items.
• Ensures accurate tagging and system entry of all received items and materials
• Secures handling and processing of all products subject for return
• Monitors up-to-date records of the Receiving Stock Inventory
• Facilitates the products allocation to all Branches and Customers
• Ensures accuracy and promptness of allocated inventory items and materials
• Executes timely, precise and complete processing and dispatching of all Sales Orders
• Coordinates and maintains an organized and smooth flow of transfer of products to Logistics Driver.
• Secures good warehousing practices and maintains safety mindset at all times.

Location: Pasig City

Employment Type: 6-months to 1-year (with the possibility of absorption based on performance)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

Experience: Minimum of 6-months to 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics.

Qualifications:

• At least a college graduate
• Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
