1. Cold Chain & Logistics Coordination:

• Plan and monitor transport of frozen Tinapa to ensure cold chain integrity is maintained from production site to distribution centers.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and delivery teams.
• Schedule and dispatch deliveries based on order volume and geographic coverage.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Supervise storage of frozen Tinapa in walk-in freezer and cold storage units.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system is followed to prevent spoilage.
• Conduct regular inventory audits.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with BFAR, FDA Philippines, and LGU regulations for transporting and handling smoked fish.
• Maintain detailed records of temperature logs, delivery receipts, and quality checks.

4. Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Support and supervise delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular training on handling frozen products, food hygiene, and safety protocols.

5. Delivery Issue Resolution:

• Ensure all deliveries are right specifications and schedules.
• Act as a point of contact for distribution-related concerns and resolve any logistics issues promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Fisheries, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in food distribution, preferably frozen or perishable goods in the Philippines.
• Knowledge of Philippine logistics regulations, cold storage, and Tinapa or fish product handling.
• Experience working with LGUs, FDA Philippines, and BFAR is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, inventory tools, and delivery scheduling software.
• Ability to speak Filipino; local dialect (e.g., Bisaya, Ilocano) is a plus depending on region.
• Driver’s license (optional but preferred).
