Key Responsibilities

1. Product Support

• Assists in implementing product-related initiatives, updates, and process changes.
• Provides support in the preparation of product materials such as memos, presentations, and training decks.
• Supports branches and internal teams by responding to basic product-related inquiries.

2. Monitoring & Reporting

• Compiles and validates daily, weekly, and monthly product performance data (e.g., disbursements, applications, and portfolio quality).
• Prepares simple reports and dashboards
• Assists in tracking product issues or feedback from branches.

3. Documentation & Administration

• Maintains and updates product files, guidelines, documentation logs, and reference materials.
• Ensures accurate version control of product manuals and communications.
• Coordinates on the approval requests, routing of documents, and filing of signed materials.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinates with branches, operations, credit, and other support units regarding product concerns, requirements, and updates.
• Assists in scheduling meetings, trainings, and product briefings.
• Monitors and follows up on action items assigned to relevant teams.

5. Process Assistance

• Provides assistance in reviewing loan processes by gathering data, customer feedback, and operational observations.
• Helps identify minor issues or bottlenecks and escalate them to the Product Manager/Business Development Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in banking, lending operations, or product support
• Basic understanding of retail lending or financial products (training will be provided)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
