Live Hosting Monitoring

• Monitor live TikTok hosting sessions in real-time to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Identify and report any content violations or behavior that does not align with company policies or TikTok guidelines.
• Evaluate host performance, content delivery, and audience engagement.

Quality Assurance and Feedback

• Conduct post-live evaluations and provide constructive feedback to hosts for continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed reports on host performance, engagement metrics, and compliance issues.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure all live content adheres to brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and legal regulations.
• Identify potential risks related to content, privacy, and brand reputation and report them promptly.

Process Improvement

• Recommend improvements to live streaming strategies based on performance analysis and industry best practices.

Training and Development

• Assist in onboarding and training new hosts on best practices, platform policies, and brand expectations.
• Organize refresher training sessions based on QA findings and trends.6. Data Analysis and Reporting: 
• Analyze live session data to identify trends, audience preferences, and areas for improvement.
• Generate and present reports on live hosting performance, compliance, and quality metrics.

• Must have at least 1 year experience as a QA Specialist, preferably from the BPO industry
• Possesses effective communication skills and has the ability to provide constructive criticism and collaborate with Operation Leads
• Strong presentation skills
