Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes strictly in accordance with the chef’s specifications and recipes.
• Ensure that each station is properly set up (mise en place) before service begins.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and efficient operation of your assigned station throughout service.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining high-quality food preparation.
• Physically fit and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexible and willing to work rotating or changing shifts as required (Full-time position).
• Previous experience in a European restaurant or similar dining establishment is an advantage.
