- Responsible and accountable for being the first point of contact for the project.
- Responsible for submission of government documents such as corporate registration documents.
- Reporting to finance for government documents and engineering office government.
- Achieving the best utilization of resources, or employment of services of one organization by another.
- Streamline operations and handle public communications.
- Coordination efforts, incident response, and conflict resolution.
- College Degree in any course
- 3 years of work experience as Liaison Officer (Prior experience in real estate development, construction engineering, interior decoration, etc., priority will be given).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships.
