JOB SUMMARY:

• Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and memoranda
• Assist in legal research and compile relevant case law, statutes, and precedents
• Manage and organize legal files, both electronic and paper-based
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and track case deadlines
• Liaise with internal teams, government agencies, clients, and external counsel
• Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory compliance and permits

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent course
• Must have at least 3 months of Paralegal experience gained from a real estate company, land development or law firms catering to real estate companies.
• Having a background in drafting and preparing contracts, liaising to Registry of Deeds, and notarial experience would be an advantage.
• Must be willing to liaise with government offices, clients, etc.
• Excellent eye for details and willing to learn
• Must be willing to report onsite in Makati City
