As L&D Specialist/Officer (LMS) you are responsible for design, develop and implement strategic learning and development initiatives to help improve workforce capability, enhance employee skills, foster a culture of continuous learning, and driving workforce engagement that shall ensure the company’s sustainability in adapting to industry trends and challenges and deliver high quality services that will WOW the guests.

• Learning Design- Conduct learning needs analysis, design and develop comprehensive learning programs and materials that aligns with the organizational goals
• Implementation of Learning Programs and training evaluation for Corporate Support Office
• Policy/Program Compliance and Enforcement
• Administrative Class Management for face-to-face session, Learning Management Systems (LinkedIn Learning) and other e-learning platforms
• Program Enrichment and Reinforcement
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.

Qualifications:

-Preferably graduate of Human Resources, Education, Communication, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management of any 4-year course related to Training that can design and implement successful training programs, understand organizational dynamics, and align learning initiatives with broader business objectives.

-Must have extensive computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Graphic Design Software, Internet.

-Must know how to operate multi-media equipment.

-Must be highly personable and outgoing.

-Must have good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

-Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

-Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
