On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a senior-level engineer with deep experience building high-performance, highly threaded backend services in .NET 9. This role drives core platform development across distributed services, data pipelines, and modern UI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and optimize multi-threaded backend services using .NET 9 and C#.
• Design and maintain data persistence solutions leveraging MongoDB and SQL Server.
• Implement scalable APIs, background workers, and messaging patterns.
• Build and maintain Blazor-based front-end components using MVVM principles.
• Develop UI features with Bootstrap or MudBlazor v8.
• Collaborate with architecture and product teams to design future-forward platform capabilities.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to DevOps workflows, deployment optimization, and system observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional C#/.NET development, including at least 3 years with modern .NET (6+), ideally .NET 9.
• Demonstrated expertise with multi-threaded or parallel processing architectures.
• Strong background with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance tuning).
• Strong background with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
• Production experience building Blazor applications using MVVM patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap or MudBlazor v8.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiar with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
• Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Preferred Experience

• Background services, worker processes, or queue-based architectures.
• Performance profiling, high-volume data pipelines, or real-time processing.
• Experience in environments that demand precision, auditability, and reliability.

Working Hours:

Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time

Pay: $2000 + $55 Allowance per month
