Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed (e.g., peeling, cutting, sorting ingredients)
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of food waste and garbage
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Refill kitchen supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
• Support inventory organization and proper storage of kitchen tools and equipment
• Report damaged or missing kitchen equipment to the supervisor
• Comply with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• At least high school level or equivalent
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Knowledge of basic kitchen sanitation and safety practices is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work long hours standing
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to follow instructions
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
