Job Description

• Help reach the store’s monthly sales target.
• Offer and suggest menu items to customers.
• Keep food cost and wastage within company standards.
• Do inventory and record stocks properly.
• Give good customer service at all times.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Keep the store clean and follow food safety rules.
• Always be on time and follow work schedules.
• Work well with teammates and follow instructions.
• Submit reports on time and help with coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
• Can work under pressure and with a team.
• Preferably lives near the store location.
