Job Summary:

The Griller is responsible for preparing and grilling food items according to company recipes and quality standards. The position ensures consistent taste, proper cooking, and timely service while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency in the grilling area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill assigned food items following standard recipes and procedures
• Ensure food is evenly cooked and meets quality and presentation standards
• Monitor grilling time and temperature to prevent undercooking or overcooking
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill station, tools, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times
• Properly handle, store, and label raw and cooked food items
• Assist in food preparation, portioning, and plating when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order completion
• Perform opening, closing, and routine cleaning duties of the grilling area

Qualifications:

• Experience as a griller or similar kitchen role is an advantage
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
