The Opportunity

This entry-level position is perfect for ambitious graduates looking to build a career in HR. You'll work directly with our Manager of People Operations and Recruitment Specialist in a supportive environment designed to help you grow professionally while making a real impact.


Team Productivity Monitoring (60%)

- Monitor daily activity metrics for our remote professionals using Hubstaff

- Review activity percentages, URL visits, and application usage for policy compliance

- Analyze screenshots to verify work quality and identify productivity trends

- Generate comprehensive weekly activity reports for leadership

- Flag compliance concerns and potential productivity issues


Recruitment Support (30%)

- Post job openings across multiple platforms

- Conduct initial candidate sourcing and headhunting

- Perform preliminary resume screening based on job requirements

- Schedule interviews and maintain our recruitment calendar

- Update applicant tracking data in our Airtable system


Administrative Support (10%)

- Maintain HR documentation and employee records

- Assist with new hire paperwork processing

- Support data entry for our HR systems

- Help with special projects as needed


What Makes You a Great Fit

Must-Haves:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field

- Strong computer literacy and comfort with learning new technologies

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

- Data-driven mindset with ability to spot patterns and anomalies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Self-motivated with ability to work independently

- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Gereklilik

- Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)

- Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)

- RAM: 8 GB or higher

- Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.

- Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.

- Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.


Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with Hubstaff, Airtable, or ClickUp

- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices

- Previous internship or project experience in an HR-related role

- Interest in remote work management and virtual team dynamics

Working Hours:

- PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)


Compensation:

- $2/hr - $3/hr
