Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. is a recruitment process outsourcing company with over 300 employees nationwide. Tahche has been in the industry for over 10 years supporting different US-based partners in IT, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Administrative, and Accounting industries in expanding their offshore team in the Philippines.

We’re looking for a Jr. Technical Recruiter to help expand our team of rockstars. This is a full-time role, with a morning/mid-shift schedule and a Hybrid working set up.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any degree with relevant experience
• At least 2 years solid background in handling different IT roles
• Familiarity with KPO, RPO, and/or BPO industries is a plus
• ATS experience / exposure is required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process:
• Posting of job ads to different portals for sourcing and pooling (headhunting experience is a plus)
• Conducting initial interviews and profiling candidates for the different vacancies
• Proctoring technical examinations when necessary
• Collecting initial Background Check Documents
• Assist the onboarding phase of new talents
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database to track emails and the candidate database
• Maintains and updates the Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment Trackers for any movements
• Perform ad-hoc tasks related to the job
• Perform ad-hoc tasks related to the completion of roles
