1. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all designated areas within the facility.
2. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
3. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, ensuring a hygienic environment for occupants.
4. Maintain cleanliness of management and company vehicle.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas such as offices, lobbies, hallways, warehouse and break rooms.
6. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and consumables as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
7. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor plumbing or electrical issues.
8. Inspect building systems and equipment on a regular basis to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
9. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing duties, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
10. Communicate with other staff members and management to address facility-related concerns and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Coordinate with Brgy. Garbage team for the disposal of the company waste.
12. Perform other duties given by immediate supervisor and management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Physical fit.
