Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the premises while also performing minor technical maintenance and acting as company liaison for errands and transactions with external offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of office premises, comfort rooms, and surroundings.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor building repairs.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Serve as company liaison for external transactions (e.g., utility payments, government offices, banks).
• Assist in delivery and pick-up of documents and packages when needed.
• Provide support in facility setup for meetings or events.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols.

• Education: At least High School Graduate or TESDA vocational course graduate (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in janitorial, maintenance, or liaison-related tasks.
• Skills: Basic repair and maintenance skills, Time management, Good physical stamina, Familiarity with local routes and government offices
• Others: Must be trustworthy and reliable, possess a valid driver’s license (is a plus)
