BTSMC is looking for Digital Administrator to be assigned in Taguig City.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
  • Preferable with experience or knowledge in providing technical support and resolve queries.
  • More than 3 years of proven experience in IT Admin Support, coordination & preparation.
  • Preferable with experience or knowledge with documenting processes, management, controller and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in using software/applications such as: SharePoint & Power Platform, Office 365 Applications, Visual Basic Assembly (VBA), MS Access, One Drive.


Statement of Duties:

  • Provide accurate and timely required reports (Run & Maintain Report / Audit Document, Document Libraries and List)
  • Submit various activities and project related reports and updates. (Weekly)
  • Provide run and maintain support for Deployed Digitalization Tools using documented procedures and available tools. Inventory and audit of Digitalization Tools such as iPad, accessories, access, etc.
  • Managing Document Foundation, Data Security, Classifications, Archiving, Assist in Data and Content Management.
  • Monitor and able to communicate action items within the team and identify potential issues.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination of set activity, plans and processes.
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensures that all required reports and presentations are arranged and in order prior schedule meetings.
  • Recommends initiatives for improvement and enhancements of the established process.
  • Ensures that meetings held are recorded and solutions/actions are followed up and closed out.
  • Support in sourcing and procuring goods and services such as but not limited to iPads, accessories, etc.
  • Other activities related to your role and ad hoc task that may require from time to time.


Other Details:

  • Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Full on-site at Cubao, Quezon City/TFC, Taguig City
  • Government Mandated Benefits: SSS, PHIC, HDMF, 13th month pay, 5 days SIL per year
  • Paid Regular and Special Non-Working Holiday even if unworked
  • Reimbursable Pre-Employment Medical Exam (Basic 5, ECG and Drug test)
