Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in computer systems and software, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions: Office environment, may require shift work to cover various time zones.
