Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and monitoring daily IT operations
• Support the entire chain of IT service delivery
• Perform routine tasks such as system checks, backups, and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service improvements
• Maintain documentation related to service operations and incidents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• At least 3 months of relevant work experience in IT support or operations
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, batch scripting)
• Familiarity with backup and restoration tools and practices
