Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage network switches, routers, and related infrastructure
• Maintain and monitor network performance, availability, and reliability
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Ensure network security and enforce access controls and policies
• Perform network upgrades, patching, and firmware updates
• Manage IP address schemes, VLANs, and subnetting
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain documentation of network topology, configurations, and procedures
• Provide technical support for network-related issues and outages
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to support enterprise infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network administration
• Proficiency in Cisco and Fortinet
• Good understanding in Firewalls and VPN solutions and Configuring and troubleshooting networks
• Experience with structured cabling and physical network setup
• Solid understanding of network security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
