The Investment Distribution Specialist is in-charge of attaining targets set by Agency Area Manager and/or Distribution Head including but not limited to sales targets, participation rate, training, manpower, and licensing targets of the Agency Distribution Channel. This position is also expected to assist Agency Area Manager or Distribution Head in crafting sales targets, manpower targets, promo mechanics, and other initiatives needed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that set sales volume targets are met by implementing strategies and programs that will increase the asset under management of investment funds solicited of assigned portfolio of agents.
• Acts as the liaison of the accredited agents to BII, primarily to provide proper investment advice and solutions. Specialist will also follow through on the resolution of problems and issues, conduct agency presentations to promote BII distributed products and programs, cascade targets, and communicate company objectives.
• Works closely with various teams within One Wealth and the Bank on learning & development programs designed to grow the agency business.
• Assists Agency Area Manager or Agency Distribution Head in coordinating with relevant One Wealth teams in designing programs to help the agency channel in reaching sales volume targets.
• Provides relevant feedback received from the agency frontline to Agency Area Sales Manager or Distribution Head

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance
• Preferably with knowledge in Mutual Funds/Investment Funds
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales, sales training, and sales management
• Face-to-face selling experience an advantage
• Certified Investment Solicitor (MF License by SEC) and Certified UITF Salesperson (UITF License by BSP) is an advantage.
• Agency sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement
