Maintaining Accurate Records:

• Inventory specialists meticulously track inventory levels, record all incoming and outgoing items, and update inventory management systems with accurate data.

Identifying Discrepancies:

• They investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical counts and system records, determining the root cause and implementing corrective actions.

Data Entry and Reporting:

• They are responsible for accurate data entry into inventory management systems and may prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, preferably within an accounting or finance department.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
