  • Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
  • Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft
  • Obtaining estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs
  • Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products

  • Able to facilitate regular weekly acquisitions and stocking of supplies.
  • Proficient at coordinating the acquisitions made by the units/departments.
  • Sources our suppliers for existing supplies.
  • Compiles all purchasing documents for information and reference purposes.
  • Coordinates with suppliers for any delivery issues
  • Coordinates the status of ordered supplies with concerned departments in case of non-delivery, short delivery, or rejected delivery of supplies.
