We’re looking for an exceptional Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our full-time, on-site team here at JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

Your Role as Intermediate Bookkeeper

As an Intermediate Bookkeeper, you'll ensure financial accuracy and provide actionable insights through meticulous accounting practices. Your expertise will drive transparent reporting and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and specialized reports (tax, regulatory, indirect rate analysis)
✔ Month-End Close: Perform account reconciliations, volumetric allocations, and journal entries
✔ Revenue Analysis: Examine variances vs. prior periods/budgets and provide explanations
✔ Invoice Management: Process monthly invoices and cost of goods sold payments
✔ Inventory Control: Reconcile inventory records and clear discrepancies
✔ Audit Support: Prepare and review moderate-level audit/tax work papers

Must-Have Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's in Accounting + 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience
✅ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
✅ Software Proficiency: Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Suite
✅ Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and identify trends
✅ Detail-Oriented: Commitment to 100% accuracy in all financial records
