• Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects.
• Responsible for creating and updating layouts of a specific space using CAD software.
• Draft or encode the proposed design based on customer's specifications.
• Preparation of design, shop as-built drawings as required.
• Visiting sites
• Perform design reviews and offer feedback on design improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design, Industrial Technology major in Drafting, Architecture or any related course
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Sketch Up, AutoCAD (Space Plan), Vray Rendering, Photoshop
• At least knowledgeable in creating innovative and functional interior design solutions for office spaces.
• Experience in office furniture, cabinetry, joinery is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
