• Responsible for creating the optimal daily transport plan for the DC Calamba & DC Mamplasan in time for the required delivery dates
• Make sure all Member clubs backload is plan accordingly
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement and Cost Management

                    a.     Analyze cost drivers and implement initiatives to improve daily planning without compromising quality.

                    b.     Regularly report on adherence and result of the daily transport plan

                    c.     Develop and implement best practices to improve delivery accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

                    d.     Track KPIs (e.g., OTD, delivery planning accuracy, On-time Loading adherence, cost per drop) and initiate corrective actions when targets are not met.

                    e.     Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation route planning
