Açıklama

  • This position will define the continuous improvement work process for Operations and Engineering using Lean Six Sigma Concepts (DMAIC) or using the PDCA cycle. Also monitors Key Performance Indicators for key work processes to promote continuous improvement. Creates 5 year continuous improvement road map for the office of the COO to achieve the vision of world class operations and service for LRMC.


  • This position also manages identified and approved continuous improvement projects for Operations and Engineering to ensure delivery of results. Motivate and influence identified project focal points for continuous improvement projects to ensure adherence to work process and delivery of results. Coaching and mentoring of staff involved in continuous improvement. Manage cross functional teams to achieve delivery of projects.

Gereklilik

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Has experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Familiarity with changement management processes
  • Skill in developing management systems (ie ISO 9001, ISO 55001 or equivalent)
  • Skill in developing procedures and instructions
  • Skill in facilitating cross functional teams
  • Skill in use of LEAN techniques such as value stream mapping, DMAIC, one piece flow, 5S and others.
