Prepare and process import documents: commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.
Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to schedule and monitor shipments.
Assist in securing import permits and ensure proper filing of documents for Bureau of Customs clearance
Ensure all import activities comply with government regulations (e.g BOC, DTI, FDA, DA) and international trade laws.
Track incoming shipments and update internal teams on delivery schedules and any delays or issues.
Monitor duties, taxes, and freight costs for accurate costing and reporting to the accounting department.
Maintain regular communication with foreign suppliers regarding product availability, documentation, and shipment issues.
Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure smooth import flow and inventory updates.
Maintain organized records of all import transactions for future audits and reference.
Address discrepancies in documents, shipment damages, or delays with the appropriate parties.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in importation processes.
Skills and Competencies: Must be physically and mentally fit, possess a strong sense of duty, and be a practicing Catholic.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional outdoor warehouse work.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
