• Respond promptly and professionally to logistics-related inquiries from clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Draft clear and accurate email updates on shipment status, booking confirmations, and issue resolutions.
• Maintain an organized email inbox with categorization for shipments, carriers, and urgent issues.
