Join our client, an innovative IT solutions provider for schools, offering ERP and SIS platforms that transform education management. As an Implementation and Support Associate, you’ll be the go-to person after the sales process, ensuring smooth system usage, training end-users (school personnel, teachers, students), and diagnosing issues with the support of your counterpart in India.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Computer Science or related courses
• Above-average English communication skills
• A natural “people person” with leadership skills and critical thinking abilities
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be relocated (if residing outside Pampanga)
