Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Quezon City. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR procedures, implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Daily tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating with departments, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR Management and HR Policies implementation including labor laws
• Knowledge and Experience in HR on-boarding process, Strategic Planning, Employee engagement planning, and ISO 9001:2015 - Quality management systems Background is a plus
• Knowledge and Experience in HRIS
• Understanding of Employee Benefits administration
• Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations (People oriented and results driven)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the media, broadcast, and or International trade industry is a plus
