We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support our expanding operations.

Job Summary

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a broad range of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and compliance with government regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting people and organizational growth within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for commissary, head office, and operations staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company and government requirements.
• Oversee attendance, timekeeping, and payroll coordination in partnership with Accounting.
• Administer employee benefits and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and performance management.
• Implement HR programs and engagement activities that promote a positive work culture.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and assist in drafting HR-related memos and reports.
• Support disciplinary processes and employee relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 1 year experience is a plus, but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Can work independently and handle multiple HR functions.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and people-driven.

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
