Scott Park Group Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Recruitment to support our growing Manila operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and people support in a fast-paced, international work environment.

Role Overview

The HR Assistant – Recruitment will support end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring we attract and onboard quality talent to support our business units locally and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Prepare recruitment documents and job offers
• Assist in onboarding and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR records
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience handling multiple job requisitions
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱23,000 per month
