Is in charge of all staffing needs and operations of the Client Company.
Coordinates with HRD to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
Assist in recruitment activities by creating job postings.
Ensure attendance of deployed employees to assigned Client Company’s plant/location to facilitate organized deployment of personnel to their specific assignment.
Monitor the daily attendance of deployed EPSI employees.
Makes and provides incident report to all violators of EPSI Code of Conduct.
Attends client’s meeting to know its needs, concerns and manpower requirements.
Helps meet and match the Client Company’s manpower qualification specification requests.
Makes summary of timesheet/timekeeping reports.
Assist and encodes the DTR of EPSI’s deployed employees every cut off period and submit to Head Office for processing.
Is in charge for the completion and submission of performance evaluation of deployed personnel to immediate superior for appropriate actions such as renewal contracts and other evaluation procedures.
Maintains good business relationship with Client Company.
Handles and addresses all Client Company’s concerns and queries related to the deployed employees.
