Job Summary:

The HR Operations & Labor Relations Supervisor ensures the efficient day-to-day execution of HR services while supporting labor relations efforts across the organization. This role balances administrative excellence with employee relations oversight, helping to ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements.

Key Responsibilities:HR Operations
  • Oversee offboarding, timekeeping, contract management, and records maintenance.

  • Maintain HR systems (e.g., HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Ensure timely coordination with payroll and benefits teams.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Labor Relations
  • Assist in enforcing policies in accordance with labor laws and internal regulations.

  • Support investigation of employee complaints, violations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Facilitate communication between line management and union representatives.

  • Prepare documentation for grievance handling and labor dispute cases.

  • Help implement engagement and communication strategies to support a positive workplace culture.

Support for Other HR Functions



While the primary focus of this role is on HR Operations and Labor Relations, the successful candidate will also collaborate with other HR units such as Compensation & Benefits, Data Management, and Employee Engagement. As part of a unified HR team, the role may assist in company-wide initiatives, programs, and special projects as required to ensure the overall success of the HR function and its alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Psychology, Law, or any related courses.

  • 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in labor or employee relations.

  • Strong knowledge of [labor law / industrial relations practices / CBA administration].

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills.
