HR Generalist

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer employee records, HR documents, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company-wide initiatives.
• Assist in training, development, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Provide general HR support and address employee concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a generalist or HR officer role.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• A team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
