• Participate in talent management strategies to enhance employee performance.
• Deliver effective presentations on HR policies and procedures to staff.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills and experience with HRIS.
